These Terms and Conditions outline the policies that apply when you use the Tara Rose Salon website, book services, purchase products, or participate in any programmes offered by Tara Rose.

By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to the terms set out below. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Loyalty Programme (TreatCard)

The Tara Rose Salon TreatCard is operated by Tara Rose Salon and remains its property. By participating in the Loyalty Programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Loyalty Programme is valid only at official Tara Rose Salon branches.

All clients are entitled to a TreatCard as part of the normal mode of sale. A TreatCard is issued following a paid salon service.

When a TreatCard is presented at the time of payment:

  • Every AED spent on services earns 4 points
  • Every AED spent on products earns 2 points

Complimentary services available through the Loyalty Programme are limited to selected treatments only, including but not limited to:

  • 1-hour Cut & Finish
  • ABC Keep It Balanced Treatment
  • ABC Rest & Relax Treatment
  • BlondeMe Detox Treatment
  • Haircut only
  • Express Toner
  • Express Treatment
  • Extra Long Blowdry
  • Eyebrow Waxing
  • Eyebrow Threading
  • Fibre Clinix Treatment
  • Gloss Boss
  • Regular Manicure
  • Mini Face Treatment
  • Olaplex

Availability may vary by location.

Only one TreatCard is issued per client. The card is personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted.

Tara Rose Salon does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged TreatCards. A replacement card may be issued upon request.

TreatCard points cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Tara Rose Salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Programme at any time without prior notice.

Bookings & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

For multiple services booked together, or appointments requiring an extended amount of stylist time, a deposit of at least AED 200 may be required to secure your booking. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Full pricing and estimated timing will always be confirmed prior to your service commencing.

Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling in order to respect subsequent client appointments.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the deposit being non-refundable
  • In some cases, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full service charge being applied

Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total service cost to secure future bookings.

7-Day Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your service, please notify us as soon as possible.

We encourage you to experience your hair at home – washing, drying, and styling it yourself. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess the situation and make it right where appropriate.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations and emergencies can arise. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If something prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact your salon location as soon as possible. By adhering to these policies, you help us maintain the high standard of service we aim to deliver to every client.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices displayed are “starting from” and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, service complexity, and specialist level.

Accepted payment methods may vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Products & Retail

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

Used or opened products cannot be refunded.

All product recommendations are made following professional consultation and are based on individual needs.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Please inform your specialist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to your service.

Tara Rose Salon reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or discontinue services where health or safety may be compromised.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

Tara Rose Salon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and apply from the date of publication.
